Just wanted to let you know I lost Ash yesterday after being my companion for 19 years and we went through so much together. Ash only  stayed with you  twice but I was so taken by your kindness and concern for Ash which was much more than I expected from a cattery. I just wish to say thank you for looking after my two angel cats, Sugar and Spice, when I had to go down to Natal. As we had such a bad experience at another place the last time I went away, I was anxious to board them. Visiting you beforehand, and reading the hints on your website really put my mind at ease and I felt comfortable leaving them at Kitty Kaya knowing that they would be safe. Pauline is so loving and caring, she took care of our cat before she needed to move out of the country and took care of all the paperwork and also took her to the vet herself for a last checkup.
She is an incredible human being i can’t thank her enough for her precious help in the whole process.

Thank you so much for taking such good care of our kitty Bean during this past long weekend.  She came home so relaxed, which we have never seen before.  We could see, from the moment we saw her as she came out to greet us with her tail held high, that she was a happy and content cat in her little home away from home.  Your attention to detail with each cat is amazing, providing a daily report for each, never mind taking care of each cat’s needs personally. 

We were very impressed with the cleanliness of each unit at Kitty Kaya, the peace and quiet around your garden and the comforts you provide of all your residents.  We are now finally able to enjoy our holidays much more knowing that Bean will be very well taken care of in the future.

Thank You for looking after Magic so magnificently. I was amazed at the depth the report went into and how much I learnt about Magic that I did not know. I watch her more carefully now and am giving her additional foods which she is enjoying. She definitely is pleased to be home and is sleeping closer to us at night than before. We stumbled upon Kitty Kaya by accident but soon realized we had found the most excellent place. At Kitty Kaya our cat Salim gets the best possible treatment and any misgivings about his health or wellbeing are taken exceedingly seriously. We feel really confident when we leave him there and best of all is that when we pick him up again, he looks healthier and his coat shinier than ever.

 As we look back, the changes and impact that Kitty kaya has had on many people’s lives has been phenomenal: Lynette & I were fortunate enough to meet Lavender the day we came to fetch out highly stressed out Jasper. This resulted in Lavender being re-homed, and she has become an inseparable part of our family and companion for Jasper.

I personally believe that the feline creatures you care for are treated as good, if not better than  patrons of any 5 star establishment. Bearing this impeccable level of service in mind, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to my friends, family, as well as to my vast client network.

We have left our two cats with Pauline and Leighton a number of times and are very happy with the loving care always given to Purdey and Astro. Once they are left at Kitty Kaya we can go on holiday in the full knowledge that the attention given to them by two dedicated cat lovers cannot be surpassed anywhere else.
